*NEW USERS* – The following information may be helpful in guiding you through this new process:

A new store will open whenever your coach deems fit, he/she will work with the Wilson rep in advance when a new store is needed.

Custom decorated team gear orders take 6 weeks to SHIP out to you, including the time when the shop is open. Please keep this timeline in mind, and work with your coach while waiting for uniforms in the meantime. The coach will also let you know of any “required” items you need to order for your team.

Everything on the site is marked down around 20% off, including bats, gloves, protective gear, balls, etc. The custom store is only open for 2 weeks at a time; however, the stock store remains open 24/7 to allow you to buy stock goods at any time. Stock items are products that do not have a team logo, team decoration, sublimation, or personalization (such as bats, gloves, balls, stock pants with no piping/braiding/custom, stock protective gear, etc. These items ship out around 48 hours after purchase.

There is a running clock on the store to tell you how much time is left to order, we are unable extend a shop, so please place orders in the appropriate window. If you miss the window to order, you will need to wait for another store to open (timelines for each new store are different).

Youth sized apparel and jerseys will come with a smaller logo and number compared to the adult sizes.  Make sure to check that all numbers, names, and sizes are accurate before placing your order. Once the store closes, orders are FINAL (no changes will be made). If you make an error and realize it BEFORE the store closes, please reach out to our customer service team ASAP.
